- Stiffness: The XF 80 features a stiffness rating of 160; a thermo-formable core combine to offer ultimate performance.
- Tendon: An all-new Flex Tendon 3.0 allows for greater extension on strides, which translates to increased speed and power.
- Liner: The XF 80 features an HD Microfiber liner that offers high resistance to wear with an added EVA foam layer delivering fit and comfort deeper into the boot.
- Comfort & Ankle Padding: A multi-layered memory foam configuration with offers next level comfort and an elite fit that wraps anatomically around the foot.
- Tongue: The tongue of the XF 80 features a Metatomic Tritech construction. A 7mm black felt pairs with a foam core to perfectly wrap the foot for superior on-ice fit and comfort. An injected molded lacebite pad offers protection with a redesigned construction for better forward flexion in the skate for added comfort.
- Footbed: A molded CCM Ortholite Ultra footbed offers ultra-lightweight comfort, and a molded fit.
- Holder: CCM’s Speedblade XS holder returns; a quick-release design with metal pin and bladelock system.
- Runner: The XF 80 will feature a taller blade (+2mm vs XS1), offering better attack angles, while the stainless steel offers a long-lasting edge.
