Recommended Dosage: (Adult Women) Take 1 Tablet 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Motion sickness/sicknesses (nausea and vomiting prevention): Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel. 400mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women. (to reduce the risk of neural tube defects). Consult a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking product.
