Jamieson's Black Elderberry is comprised of 100 mg of Black Elderberry extract to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus such as coughs, sore throat and mucus buildup of the upper respiratory tract. Recommended Dosage: (Adults and Adolescents 12 years and older) Take 1 capsule daily.
