Directions:

Adults: Mix 3 teaspoons in water or diluted juice twice daily for two days, then 3 teaspoons in water or diluted juice once daily, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Caution:

Duration of use: For prevention of recurrent UTIs: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
