NeuroCalm™ is designed to promote activity of GABA and serotonin, which may help support healthy mood, cravings, and feelings of calm, satiety, and satisfaction. NeuroCalm™ contains PharmaGABA™, a form of GABA naturally manufactured via a fermentation process, which is considered more effective than chemically produced synthetic forms.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 2 capsules per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Caution: Risk Information: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have epilepsy or if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain, or if you experience skin changes. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you have scleroderma, or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/ Daisy family. Some people experience drowsiness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
