Jamieson Melatonin with Magnesium 5mg/150mg 60 Tablets

Jamieson Melatonin with Magnesium combines the sleep improving benefits of Melatonin with the relaxation promoting benefits of Magnesium in a single dose. While 5mg of Melatonin will help you to fall asleep and stay asleep, Magnesium helps with healthy muscle function, resulting in deep nighttime relaxation support.

Suggested Use: Take 1 tablet daily.

Caution: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you are taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure, immunosuppressive, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids; you have cardiovascular, chronic kidney, immune system, or liver disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia, or migraines.

Consult your health care practitioner if symptoms persist continuously for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia). Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) and rare allergic reactions have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
