Instructions:
The ratio of juice to bubbly really comes down to taste preference, if you're looking for less sweet, use 2 parts bubbly to 1 part juice. Sweeter? Pour equal parts!
Pour desired amount of Sparkling Wine (bubbly first!) into a champagne flute. Finish with juice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
