Udo's Oil™ DHA 3-6-9 Blend is an excellent vegetarian source of
algae-derived DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). This omega-3 fatty acid
supports the proper functioning of our brains as adults, and is needed
for normal physical development of the brain, eyes and nerves, primarily
in children under two years of age.

Udo's Oil™ DHA is sustainable sourced from algae. Since fish get their DHA from algae, they went straight to the source.
