Nature's Way Fenugreek + Blessed Thistle 180 Tablets

Unique blend of Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to increase breast milk production and secretion.

Dosage: Adults, take 4 tablets 2 times per day, (or 8 tablets 1 time per day) with adequate fluid before a meal.
