Vitality Relax+ 60 Tablets

Dosage: Take 1-2 tablets, 1-5 times per day as needed. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day. For nerve relaxation: for best results take 1-2 tablets every 3 hours until bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day.   For insomnia: For best results, take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime. May take additional tablets as needed to promote sleep to a maximum of 5 tablets per day.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption.
