Slippery Elm is a great source of mucilage and is used as a prebiotic to stimulate growth of health gut microbes, as well as being a nutritive tonic for the digestive tract, for inflammatory conditions, gastritis, and ulcers.

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 1 ml (30 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
