ATP Lab Syner Sleep 60 Capsules

A formula designed to promote better restorative
sleep in times of sleep disorders. Syner Sleep helps
to synthesize and bind GABA, a neurotransmitter
with relaxing e ect. A low level of GABA can lead to
enhance anxiety and a strong stress reaction.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 Capsule 1 time per day.

Duration of Use: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have one of the following conditions, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine, or seizure disorders. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. If you are taking one of the following medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic, or psychotropic medications, or steroids.

Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Take once a day, at or before bedtime.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience diarrhea. Rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
