Recommended Dosage: Adults: All uses except jet lag: At or before bedtime, 1 caplet daily or as recommended by a physician. Jet lag: Take 1 caplet once daily at bedtime, while traveling and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern, or as recommended by a physician. All uses: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. All uses except jet lag: Consult your physician if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). All uses: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Do not use if you are pregnant pr breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a physician prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraine. Consult a physician prior to use if you are taking steroids or blood thinners, medications for seizure or blood pressure, or medications to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state, or to increase sedation. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea. Store at room temperature in a dark, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
