Jamieson Fast Dissolving Melatonin 1mg 60 Tablets

Jamieson Melatonin 1 mg fast melts help to promote the restoration of optimal sleep patterns and alleviate symptoms of jet lag.

Directions: Adults: Take 1-10 tablets once daily at or before bedtime. For jet lag: Take at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination, until adapted to the new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Caution: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia).
