Nature's Way Vitex Chasteberry is used in herbal medicine to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Dosage: Adults, take 1 capsule 2 times per day with water at mealtimes. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
