Directions: Adults - Take one (1) heaping scoop per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Mix product well in one (1) - two (2) cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. For use beyond 2 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
