Glutathione is synthesized naturally in the body by the liver from the amino acids cysteine, glycine, and glutamate. It helps protect our cells from free radicals, which naturally occur due to chemical processes in the body. Factors like poor nutrition, exposure to environmental toxins, chronic stress, and aging can impact glutathione levels in the body. Low levels of this nutrient have been associated with neurological, cognitive and respiratory issues, mitochondrial dysfunction, and increased oxidative stress.

Recommended Dosage: Adults - Take one (1) sachet per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken directly or mixed with a glass of water. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
