Enhanced Collagen Vitality is a ready-to-drink mix combining antioxidant-rich, energy and mood-boosting first flush matcha with amino acid-rich collagen, benefiting not only your external features (hair, skin, nails) but also your digestion, immunity, cognition, and overall health.

Matcha is a finely ground green tea that is grown under special conditions, increasing its caffeine and theanine content. Well known for its incredible ability to calm and stimulate the mind at the same time, matcha is also packed with antioxidants - more than any other source of food. It is known to contain less acidity than caffeine from coffee beans, hence you get the energy but without the negative effects (jitters, stomach upset, etc.).

Recommended Dosage: Mix 1 tablespoon (8 g) into hot water, or milk.  This is a ready-to-drink mix. You can also add to smoothies, cooking, or baking.
