Organika's Bovine Gelatin Powder is non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free and paleo friendly and sourced from grass-fed cows. Gelatin has a myriad of different uses. Use as a thickener in soups and broths, in smoothies or smoothie bowls, for homemade gummies or as a substitute to eggs in baking.

Dosage: Mix 1 heaping tablespoon (~10 g) in a cup of cold water, juice or

your favourite beverage daily and consume immediately. Take once per day.
